If the deposit was made through Robokassa - the refund is made to the card from which you deposited the balance. In case of payment through other aggregators via cryptocurrencies, a refund is only possible to a Russian bank card with a 10% commission withheld (this is due to the impossibility of canceling crypto payments and additional costs during withdrawal)
